On this premium circular trail, about 10.6 mi/17 km long, hikers can expect a tour with steep ascents and descents, narrow and enchanted paths, ruggedly romantic brook valleys, coupled with fantastic landscape vistas, and the only mountain pasture for young livestock in Saarland. Hikers interested in history can undertake a small detour up to the stalwart ruin of Grimburg Castle.
The Wadrill Valley "Dining" Tour was assessed with 52 adventure points by the German Hiking Institute.
