The Kaltenstein Path offers a mystical nature experience all around the forested Hoxberg. The high points are the legendary Lebach "Kaltenstein" and attractive fern forests. The trail leads over natural paths through almost primeval forest with giant fallen trees in wetlands, to be negotiated by means of wooden walkways.

The trail was assessed with 56 adventure points by the German Hiking Institute.
