The Litermont Summit Tour is located in Nalbach, on the south side of the Litermont, 1,371 ft/418 m high, the legendary mountain of the Maldix Knight. Awaiting hikers is a diverse trail through a frog paradise, many areas with springs and brooks, and multiple forest formations with fantastic ever new vistas. The steep passages on the Litermont massif are secured with thick ropes. Grandiose panoramas across the Saar Valley all the way to France are in store for hikers but also a reconstructed telegraph station and a chapel in the pasture where weddings take place. The trail was Hiking Trail of the Year 2007 in Germany.

The trail was assessed with 80 adventure points by the German Hiking Institute.
