Leg 4: Weiskirchen - Reidelbach - Grimburgerhof
Beginning in Weiskirchen, hikers can experience a trail leg with extensive forests with a rich diversity of trees and untouched growth. Along with primeval-like passages lovely vistas open up. One of the high points is the Wahnbach Valley Nature Preserve, a wild brook valley with an age-old stand of trees. The Hochwald mountain pasture near Wadern offers spectacular vistas. The only mountain pasture for young livestock in Saarland has a hikers' cabin with food services. After the Hochwald pasture, the descent begins into the deeply cut Wadrill Valley.
