Kurpark[Spa Park] and Staudengarten [Shrub Garden]

Created in the style of the English "borders," the Shrub Garden contains 10,000 plants, among them, 350 different trees, bushes, and shrubs. Bäderzentrum Vitalis Weiskirchen [indoor swimming pool]

Museum für Mechanische Musik and Kuriosa [Museum for Mechanical Music and Curiosities]

Schloss Dagstuhl [Palace]

www.schloss-dagstuhl.de Dagstuhl Palace is the landmark of Wadern and was built by Count Joseph Anton from Ottingen-Sötern in 1760 as the family seat. The main house and the palace chapel (built in 1763) are joined with the tower by a neo-Gothic corner structure.

Little Öttinger Palace with folklore museum

www.wadern.de The baroque structure was erected by Count Joseph Anton in 1759 as small palace with an adjoining park for his wife, Princess Christiane from Schwarzburg-Sondershausen. Today the Little Öttinger Palace houses the Wadern Folklore Museum

Dagstuhl Castle Ruin

www.burgdagstuhl.de Dagstuhl Castle dates to around 1270 and was built by the Knight Boemund from Saarbrücken. As a hilltop castle, the facility has a lower segment which housed craftsmen and servants, contained within the fortifications, with wall, ditch, and two bastions, altogether almost 1,000 ft/300 m long.

Schloss Münchweiler [Palace]

www.schloss-muenchweiler.de Built from 1749 to1785 by Imperial Baron Georg Zandt from Merl, Münchweiler Palace opens through a large portal into the courtyard. The structure was expanded by side wings in the 19th century.
