Equipped with a handicapped accessible bathroom (level shower) and complete with parquet floor. With a direct motorway connection in 2km proximity, we are ideal as a location for companies. Landhof Heck is a farm that was closed in 1990, with preserved courtly charm and an
adjacent apple orchard. It offers rural idyll for both large and small visitors. Our large apple orchard directly behind the courtyard offers our visitors a quiet place to stay. A great place to relax, to unwind, to read or simply to observe and enjoy the rural idyll. It has: - Ground floor apartment with a separate entrance - Two spacious double bedrooms (a youth or baby bed can be accommodated in both rooms.) - A new fitted kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and refrigerator with freezer compartment - Separate freezer also available - bathroom with tub, handicapped-accessible shower, toilet and hairdryer - a spacious dining room with passage to the living room (very spacious rooms) - central heating - satellite TV, music system - WiFi DSL - covered terrace with awning, as a place to relax and grill ( including electric grill) - terrace seating and table - two sun loungers - parking space in the yard (garage rental on request) - covered parking space for bicycles minimum stay 3 days. Rentals from March to October. Long-term tenants and fitters are welcome (rental also possible in the winter months)
With a direct motorway connection 2 km away, we are ideal as a location for companies. On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3 p.m. On departure we would like to ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.30 a.m. Later departure is also possible after consultation.
