Both apartments are centrally heated and ventilated. The top floor apartment (holiday flat 2) is equipped with a balcony. The ground floor apartment (holiday flat 1) has a terrace and is
wheelchair accessible. Each apartment has a separate storage room in the basement for bicycles, ski and hiking equipment. A large play and sunbathing lawn is located behind the house. A car parking space is available on the property. Washing machines and dryers can be used for an extra charge.
Holiday apartment 1 is located on the ground floor of the house and consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, separate toilet and terrace. It has a living space of approx. 86 sqm and is fully furnished with 4 sleeping facilities (2 in each bedroom), living and dining areas and kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a Klafs Smart sauna. This apartment is wheelchair accessible. The central heating system provides warmth and the central ventilation system ensures pleasant fresh air. For entertainment there is a HD-TV LED flat screen colour television, a stereo system and BluRay players. A small media library with DVDs, books and games completes the offer. Garden furniture is available for the terrace and the spacious garden. In the basement there is a separate and lockable cellar room for bicycles, hiking and skiing equipment.

Arrival:
On the first day of your stay between 4pm and 6pm with personal welcome. Alternatively keys can be deposited in our key safe at the house.
Departure:
On your last day of your stay until 10am.
