Leg 2: Britten - Stausee Losheim - Scheiden
This leg of the Climb, mostly over paths, offers one landscape high point after the other. The trail leaves from Britten and leads past extensive hilly meadows with wide vistas. Then it continues after crossing the B 268 over narrow paths through enchanted brook valleys towards Lake Losheim with numerous leisure facilities and the hiking information center. From the lake, the trail continues uphill through diverse forest passages to Scheiden, the highest village in Saarland, where the climb is rewarded with a spectacular panorama view.
