Our 115 sqm friendly furnished vacation home is located in the small, quiet village of Oberw
Our prices per night include additional costs such as bed linen, towels and the costs for electricity, water, heating and final cleaning:
- If you book at least 2 nights, the basic price for 2 persons is 68€ per night, for each additional person the price increases by 12 euros per night.
- If you stay only one night, the total price increases
by 75%, for eight nights or more you get discounts on the total price.
- Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in our vacation home (Please note: For technical reasons, this is unfortunately not displayed in the online booking system, but will definitely be taken into account when paying the invoice).
The minimum age of at least one guest for check-in is 18 years.
Check-In: 15:00 - 18:00 a.m.
Check-Out: Until 10:00 p.m.
Different arrival and departure times can be arranged if necessary. The keys can also be handed over via key box. If the tenant arrives after 18.00 o'clock, he should inform the landlord.
