Payment is made either by bank transfer in advance or on site in cash or by EC/credit card.
Cancellation of the
reservation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 80% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In the event of a no-show, a fee of 80% of the total price of the reservation will also be charged.
Arrival is possible from 14:00 to 18:00.
Departure is possible until 10:00 am.
Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation.
The keys are handed over either personally on site or via a key box after consultation.
Pets are allowed on request at an extra charge of 10€ per night/pet.
A baby cot can be provided on request (free of charge).
The visitor's tax of 2€ per person/night (from 18 years) will be charged locally.
A breakfast basket can be booked on request for an extra charge of 14,50€ per person.
1st set of towels (2x shower towel, 2x towel, 1x bath mat) included in the price, further sets can be booked on request and for an extra charge (8€ per set) on site.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the house and can be used for a fee (2€ per hour).
